Vision
Renwick is located in East Mittagong, one of 19 historic towns and villages located in the picturesque Southern Highlands, approximately 125km or 90 minutes southwest of Sydney.
Renwick has been thoughtfully designed, with extensive input from the local community, so that it reflects the unique character and feel of the Southern Highlands.
Renwick will have wide, tree-lined and landscaped streets, larger than average land lots - some up to 4000sqm, walking and cycle paths, and a village square that will become the heart of Renwick.
Approximately 30 hectares of Renwick will be kept as open space including woodland and green parks, while historic elements on the site will be retained to reinforce Renwick's historic and unique identity.
